I HAVE the honour to acknowledge the receipt of your note of the 14th instant informing me that the conference at The Hague to consider the means of putting into force the Opium Convention of 1912 will meet on the 15th June next.

I have the honour to state the delegates representing His Majesty's Government will again be Mr. Wilhelm Grenfell Max Müller and Sir William Collins.
